CGB蓄電池注意事項
1、請根據用途或設計要求,正確選擇蓄電池的型號、規格和安裝使用方式。
2、不同廠家、不同型號、不同容量、不同性能的蓄電池不能混合使用。
3、蓄電池充電方式以恒壓限流為宜,25℃環境溫度條件下:
浮充使用時,充電電壓為2.23~2.30V/單格,最大電流不限;循環使用時,充電電壓為2.40~2.50V/單格;均充電壓為2.35~2.40V/單格;最大電流為0.3C。
4、使用蓄電池時,根據使用的環境溫度變化,充電電壓相應調整,浮充使用時溫度補償系數為-3mV/(℃單格),即環境溫度每升高1℃,充電電壓降低-3mV/單格;反之,環境溫度每下降1℃,充電電壓升高-3mV/單格;循環使用時,為-5mV/(℃單格);均充使用時為-4mV/(℃單格)。
5、蓄電池不可倒置或裝入密封容器中使用,需盡量做到通風良好。
6、蓄電池不可靠近火源或在高溫的地方使用和貯存,還應避免太陽直射。
7、蓄電池不可與有機溶劑接觸,以免蓄電池殼體變形或溶解。
8、蓄電池放電后長時間擱置不使用應及時充電恢復容量;使用過程中不要過放電,以免因蓄電池極板過度硫酸鹽化而影響容量和壽命。
9、蓄電池應避免過充電,過充電會使安全閥頻繁開啟,造成蓄電池過量失水而影響壽命。
10、蓄電池極柱端子“+”為正極,“-”為負極,不得接錯或短路。
11、安裝或使用蓄電池應保持干凈、整潔,連接的部件必須牢固,以免因接觸不良引起危害。
12、請不要隨意丟棄或拆解蓄電池,不要將蓄電池扔入火中,以免引起環境和爆炸等事故。
